Login Guide

Secure Your Account Always Secure

Logging in to your mb918 account should be a smooth and secure experience every time. That said, account security is not solely our responsibility — as the account owner, you play an important role in ensuring no unauthorised access occurs.

Many of our members access their mb918 account from multiple devices — a personal phone, tablet, or home computer. This is fully permitted and our system supports multi-device login. However, we strongly advise that you never save your password on a shared device or public computer.

If you are experiencing login issues — whether it's a forgotten password, an inactive phone number, or an account locked after several failed attempts — don't panic. The mb918 support team is available 24 hours a day to help you recover access to your account through a simple and secure process. Just reach out via live chat and we'll handle everything.

One thing many users overlook is the importance of updating their password regularly. mb918 encourages all members to change their password at least every three months. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password.

Warning: mb918 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If anyone requests such information, it is a scam. Report it to our team immediately.
Security Tips

Practices Login The Smart Way

1

Use a Unique Password for mb918

Do not use the same password as other accounts. A unique password ensures that if another account is compromised, your mb918 account stays safe.

2

Enable Login Notifications

Enable SMS notifications for every login. If there is a login attempt that wasn't made by you, you'll know immediately and can act quickly.

3

Avoid Public Wi-Fi Networks

Log in to your mb918 account using your personal mobile data or a secure home Wi-Fi network. Public networks are more vulnerable to interception by malicious parties.

4

Log Out After Every Session

Especially if you are using a shared device — always log out when you are done playing. Do not rely solely on closing the browser.

5

Check the URL Before Logging In

Make sure you are on the official mb918 website before entering your login details. Bookmark the mb918 site for quick and secure access.

Frequently Asked Questions

Issues Login?

Here are answers to the most commonly reported login issues by mb918 members. If your issue is not listed, please contact our support team.

All FAQs

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page, then enter your registered phone number. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your identity, after which you can set a new password. The process takes under 2 minutes. If you are still experiencing issues, contact our support team via live chat.

For your security, your account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. The lock is lifted automatically after 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can regain access immediately via the "Forgot Password" process or by contacting the mb918 support team for prompt assistance.

Yes, your mb918 account can be accessed from more than one device. However, for security purposes, our system may request OTP verification when logging in from a new device or a different location. This is a protective measure that safeguards your account from unauthorized access.

To update your registered phone number, you will need to contact the mb918 support team directly via live chat. An identity verification process (KYC) will be required to confirm that the request is coming from the legitimate account owner. This takes 1–2 business days to process.

On a personal phone that is not shared with others and has an active screen lock, the "Remember Me" feature is safe to use. It saves you time when logging in. However, we do not recommend using this feature on shared devices, office computers, or phones without a PIN or fingerprint lock.
